Setup Facebook Pixels in Magento :

Create your Pixel in the first step.

1. Go to Facebook Ads Manager and select the menu in the upper left corner.

2. Go to Measure and Report, and then to Events Manager, and then to Pixels.

3. Select Create a Pixel from the drop-down menu. The following is a screenshot of the page:

4. Give your pixel a name, agree to the agreements, and click Next. Keep in mind that only one pixel can be made per ad account, therefore the name should represent your company rather than a random name.

Step 2: Incorporate the pixel code/script into your site.

1. You will be given the option of installing the pixel code in one of two ways. It can be installed in three different ways. Either,

  • Use partner integration to add code.
  • On the signup page, contact page, and newsletter form, users are asked for their privacy consent.
  • It is possible to manually add pixel code to your website.
  • Send a developer an email with instructions.

2. Based on the actions you wish to track on your website, click on the event code.

3. Depending on the action you want to track, paste the event code in a specific area on your webpage. For a new page that opens as a result of the monitored activity, it should be placed just above the </head> tag (like a thank-you page). Click Next when you’re finished.

  {if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?
  n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};
  if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0';
  n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;
  t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];
  s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window, document,'script',

       src="https://www.facebook.com/tr?id={your-pixel-id-goes-here}&ev=PageView&noscript=1"/>
</noscript>
<!-- End Facebook Pixel Code -->

4. Check to see if your Facebook pixel is active. Verify that the Facebook pixel has been installed on the page. If the extension discovers the pixel, the </> icon will turn blue, and a pop will display the number of pixels on the page. If not, it will display error information, which you can use to make modifications or corrections later.

5. Download the Facebook Pixel Helper extension to see if the Facebook Pixel is correctly running or not.
